Amanda Owen has revealed what life is like now following the breakdown of her marriage break-to her co-star and former husband Clive.

The candid confession came as the pair reunited to film their new show and give fans a glimpse inside their latest project.

Despite splitting after more than 20 years of marriage, the TV presenter, 50 and her former partner, 69, have teamed up once again for their latest series.

And while the former couple seem to be on friendly terms, the new show will not see them rekindle their romance much to their fans' disappointment.

The Our Farm hosts first took to screens in 2011 when they made their debut showing viewers the reality of life on their Yorkshire Farm, Swandale.

The show followed the couple as they ran their farm and brought up their nine children.

But the idyllic family life came crashing down after the pair split in 2022 after 22 years of marriage.

But despite calling time on their romantic relationship, Amanda and Clive have continued to work on their Ravenseat farm together and have now taken on the huge task of rebuilding a stone barn.

The landmark, known locally as Anty John's, is set to be transformed in to a new family base The Sun reports.

Amanda told the publication: 'When Anty John's was put up for sale, it was a dream come true.

'This is for the future, because with all these children, they need to have a place that they can call home.'

But despite the former couple's dreams, the building is listed and therefore has strict guidelines dictating what can be done to it.

As well as planning regulations, Amanda and Clive will have to deal with the fact that the barn has no proper road or even a roof.

Amanda said: 'I do his head in and he does my head in,' laughs Amanda. 'But we are basically on the same side.'

The house got its nickname from mapmaker and diarist Anthony John Clarkson who lived in the barn in the 1800s and whose writings have been a revelation.

Amada revealed she was deeply inspired by the diary entries which detailed lavish parties, gossip, affairs and the writer's social life.

The five-part series will follow Amanda and Clive in the first year ofthe project which the pair have described as a labour of love.

Amanda added that the whole family are going to join in on the project to help make it perfect for the next family who move in.

The pair announced their split after the Yorkshire Stewardess' affair withlover Rober was exposed.

Robert, who has been married five times, is divorcing his estranged wife Yasumi, 57, after she exposed their affair in April last year.

His wife had found a love letter from Amanda in the boot of his car. The letter read: 'Robert, life is too short and happiness is too rare. I love you.'

Clive and Amanda began divorce precedings last year but have remained cordial for their nine children which includeRaven, 22, Reuben, 20, Miles, 17, Edith, 15, Violet, 13, Sidney, 121, Annas, ten, Clemmy, eight, and seven-year-old Nancy.
